Refund and Returns Policy

At Valtoris, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. This Warranty Policy outlines the coverage and limitations of our warranty for the products purchased from our site.

Warranty Limitations

Covered by Warranty: Valtoris offers warranty coverage for defects caused by normal use, logistics damage, or quality problems. We will cover the round-trip freight for warranty items.

Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Products that have exceeded the warranty period.
  2. Damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly, misuse, or any other human factors.
  3. Damage caused by natural disasters such as impact, fire, lightning, flooding, or human negligence.
  4. Damage caused by improper operation of the equipment, including shells, power supplies, etc.
  5. Customized products: Changes or cancellations are allowed only before manufacturing begins, unless otherwise approved by Valtoris.

Warranty Period

The warranty period for various product categories begins from the delivery date of the original order.

Clearance Products: Warranty period is 1 year.

Warranty Return Procedure

To return a product under warranty:

  1. Submit a support ticket to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. After approval, ship the defective product back with the RMA number.
  3. Valtoris will inspect the returned product.
  4. We will either repair the product, provide a new replacement, or issue a refund/credit.

Exchange (Advanced Replacement) Procedure

For our valued dealers, we offer advanced replacement to ensure non-stop project operations:

  1. Submit a support ticket to request an RMA return.
  2. Upon approval, Valtoris will immediately ship a replacement unit.
  3. Once you receive the replacement, ship the defective unit back with the RMA number.
  4. After receiving the defective unit, Valtoris will apply a credit note to the advanced shipment orders (balance will be $0).
